Bus Monitor

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your safety is executed throughout the ride
  • Ensure you have completed the pre-inspection for your vehicle
  • Ensure all seatbelts and harnesses are in good working order and are secured for every passenger including you and your monitor.
  • Able to communicate with the office immediately if there are any problems that would affect the safe operation of your route.
  • Comfortably with securing Wheelchairs and car seats (Training Included).
  • Able to operate a wheelchair van and the lift


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have attention to detail


Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED

Prior related office experience preferred.


Job Type: Part-Time


Schedule:

4-hour shift

Monday to Friday
