Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
- Verifying receipts
- Sending payments
- Making purchases
- Creating invoices
- Tracking overdue accounts
- Complete data entry
- Collect transactions
- Track debits
- Identify any errors on any and all financial records
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word or related software.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior related office experience preferred.
